CAMY-EMAIL

Happy birthday! I will send you a big present next week. I’m Camila Suárez and I’m 11 years old, like you now! I’m tall and thin. I’m sensitive because I scare easily. I’m honest because don’t tell lies. I always tell the truth! I’m ambitious because I want all now, in the moment, I can’t wait! I’m hard-working because I generally study a lot because want to get good marks in all the exams.
The life in my school is boring and I have to be hard-working because I’m having a lot of exams. I hate Maths, I’m bad at it but I’m good at Language. I ♥ it! It’s my favourite subject! I like science, but I prefer PE. I’m campaigning against the extinction of the tigers. I read some information about it in internet. I joined Greenpeace My friends are helping me with this and my family and my neighbours too. I have a page and here I send you the address: http://camitigresextincion.neositios.com. It's new. I haven’t finished it yet.
I have heroes. They are the firefighter. I admire them because they’re brave, generous, hard-working, honest, and intelligent. They always work full time and in dangerous situations. They have to be decisive and calm in the challenges they have to face. They wear special clothes to protect themselves from the fire. THEY´RE THE BEST!

Love, Cami ♥

P.S.: I want you to come here, to Córdoba!

LEANDRO - E-MAIL

Hello! I am in England. The weather is sunny. What was the weather like there in Argentina? I think that winter is beginning! Is that right?
I have done many things since am here but I haven´t met many people yet. I have seen the Queen of England. It was great! I have been to the stadium of Manchester City and to some of the museums. There are many places to visit and many activities to do.
There are some typical dishes here but I have eaten pasta, and fast food because I don´t like this type of food
When I was waiting the bus I hurt my knee and I had to go to the hospital in Manchester.
I have already gone to the London eye. While I was waiting for the bus to go to the London eye I saw my teacher there.
Well, I must go now
See you soon

FLAG`S DAY

The Day of the National Flag  is the holiday dedicated to the Argentine flag. It was created by Manuel Belgrano. It is celebrated on June 20th, the anniversary of Belgrano's death in 1820. This date was designated in 1938.
The main seat of the Flag Day commemorations is the National Flag Memorial, in Rosario, Santa Fe Province, where the flag was first hoisted on two artillery batteries in opposite banks of the Paraná River. (The flag was created on 27 February 1812, but that date is not officially marked in any way.) The celebration consists of a public meeting, speeches by the municipal and provincial authorities, the attendance of the President, and a parade including members of the military, veterans of the Falklands War, the police force, and a number of civilian organizations and associations.
The Flag Day was created by the law Nº 12.361, on June 8, 1938. Initially, it was a celebration held in a fixed day, but the law Nº 24.445 modified it to be celebrated on the third Monday of the month.

JOHN - E-MAIL TO A FRIEND

From: John Alvarez           To: Mark Regency                          Postal Code: 8008

Hello Mark! I'm in England, It's a beautiful place. The weather is excellent. How is the weather like in Cordoba? I think it's cold.
Well, I want to tell you about this travel. I won a scholarship and I travelled with my entire family, including mi lizard, Harry. I have known lot of places, and I have met a lot of interesting and famous people since I am here. For example: I MET MESSI last week. I couldn’t believe my eyes! Can you believe it? I was walking along the street when I saw Messi eating in a restaurant called "Mixer". He is tall and thin. He is kind and intelligent. I entered into the restaurant and he gave me an autograph. The restaurant was so nice that I decided to have lunch there. I ate a lot of new things. Empanadas with pig (what were delicious) enchilada; what were SO spicy! I have already tried typical food.
I have also been to the Buckingham Palace, the London Eye and the Chelsea Stadium. They are enormous!
I have a girlfriend now. Her name is Oriana. She is beautiful and she has blond hair. Good,
 That’s all for now
See you!
